Dude, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle used to drive me nuts. When I was a kid I could never figure out why 2 player option was sometimes on and sometimes greyed out. Went on a long time and it frustrated me. I'd have guests over and we couldn't play because it'd be greyed out for no reason.

Turns out it just greys it out if you don't have a 2nd controller in, and sometimes I did, sometimes I didn't.

It didn't tell you to plug in a controller.

And cops don't give a shit about people speeding in the left lane, that's what it's for. Unless you're going like 30 over the limit. Hell I drive home from six flags one night with a friend following me and two different times I had a cop get behind me between us. It was like 2am so I thought it was my friend trying to get me to go faster so I sped up to like 90 for a couple minutes before I realized it was a cop. I just switched lanes and they didn't even stop me for speeding


I used to have to go 80 in rush hour traffic going to Boston in the morning because that's how fast everyone goes

It's really difficult to judge the driver from that gif.

It's impossible for them to change lanes to the right because they're blocked.

Meanwhile they're being tailgated by a police officer with no sirens on. What do you want him to do? Hit the gas? So if he can't speed up because of the speed limit, and he can't move to the right, what do you expect him to do? He's being pressured by the police car.

For all we know the guy was a law-abiding motorist and the cop was being impatient and bullying him.

I don't need to know this. The person getting pulled over by the police officer in the passing lane means they were doing at least 1 of these:

1. They were not passing anyone and just staying in that lane
2. They were going below the minimum speed for the passing lane (or something related)

You don't know either of those things. They could've been in the process of passing that other car in the lane prior to the gif, while going in excess of the speed limit.

For all we know, the guy slowed down to the speed limit once the police presence was established. You're making vast assumptions on what you believe happened.

CNN is news that lapses into reality television, and they get their fair amount of shit for that. They ought to eat more crow for their constant coverage of the Trump campaign last year, but whatever.

You can't ask people to equate CNN on it's worst day to O'Reily, or Hannity, or Carlson, or actual reality television because those equivalences are demonstrably false, and those people/shows are much more toxic.

The Tucker Carlson show doesn't purport itself to be real news though. It's honest about what it is - A shown for Tucker Carlson to spin whatever he wants.
